Fees

The accreditation fee refers to calendar year per site per scanner, and is net. It covers the cost for the initial accreditation process and maintaining the status of an EARL accredited Centres of Excellence.   There is currently 10% discount on all secondary accreditations.

The phantom rental fee is net and is per single rental. 

18F

The fee is valid for both PET/CT and PET/MR

  • For the first year single the 18F standards accreditation fee is € 800.00, plus a one time charge of €200.00 initiation fee for new sites joining, and if rejoining the accreditation program after one year of suspension or lapsed accreditation
  • After the initial accreditation, the fee for a single 18F standard is € 800.00
  • For both EARL 18F standards 1 & 2 together the accreditation fee is €1,000.00

68Ga

  • EARL 18F standards 2 accreditation must be active and maintained in order to obtain 68Ga accreditation
  • The 68Ga accreditation fee is €700.00

89Zr

  • EARL 18F standards 1 accreditation must be active and maintained in order to obtain 89Zr accreditation
  • The 89Zr accreditation fee is €700.00

18F/11C Brain PET/CT

  • EARL 18F standards 1 or 2 accreditation must be active and maintained in order to obtain 18F Brain PET/CT accreditation
  • The 18F/11C Brain PET/CT accreditation fee is €250.00

NEMA IEC body phantom

  • Until end of 2021: €200.00 per single rental
  • As of Q1 2022: €300.00 per single rental
  • Shipping and handling fee, inclusive of the shipping insurance will depend on your location. The delivery will be organized by EARL.

Hoffmann 3-D Brain phantom

  • Will be available as of Q1 2022: €400.00 per single rental
  • Shipping and handling fee, inclusive of the shipping insurance will depend on your location. The delivery will be organized by EARL.
