68Ga PET/CT Accreditation

In 2021 EARL released a 68Ga PET/CT accreditation. Based on previous studies1 this accreditation is derived from 18F standards 2, which is a prerequisite for 68Ga PET/CT accreditation. All 68Ga reconstructions for quantification when referring to EARL accreditation should be done using the approved parameters for 18F standards 2 accreditation1.

The accreditation fee is net and refers to a calendar year per site per scanner. It covers the cost for the initial accreditation process and maintaining the status of an EARL Accredited Center of Excellence.

  • As of 2021, the 68Ga accreditation fee is €700.00 net, and EARL 18F standards 2 accreditation must be active and maintained.
